1. Adult Learn To Swim
Designed for adults with little or no experience in water. We help you overcome fear, build confidence, and learn foundational skills such as floating, breathing, and moving safely in the water — all at your own pace, to develop the 6 swimming strokes.
2. Stroke Refinement
For adults who can already swim but want to improve efficiency, technique, and stamina. We refine Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and introduce Butterfly basics to help you swim smoother, stronger, and with less effort.
3. Water Safety & Self-Rescue Skills
A must-have life skill for all adults. Learn survival floating, treading water, safe entry and exit, and how to remain calm in unexpected water situations. These skills are essential for personal safety and drowning prevention.
4. Recreational & Fitness Swimming
Perfect for adults seeking a low-impact, full-body workout. Improve your cardiovascular fitness, breathing control, and overall wellbeing through structured, enjoyable swimming sessions.
5. Swimming for NS Enlistment
Tailored for young adults preparing for National Service. Build stronger water confidence, endurance, and stroke technique to meet SAF water competency requirements with greater confidence.
6. Occupational Swimming Preparation
For adults entering careers that require water competency, including uniformed services, marine roles, and safety-related occupations. We prepare you to meet job-related swimming standards safely and confidently.
